The Second Key to Transformation: Healing
Healing is not about fixing what is broken. It is about releasing what stands between you and who you truly are.
Last week, I wrote about the first key to transformation: remembering who you are.
This is where all true transformation begins.
Many of us spend years searching for something outside ourselves—more success, more happiness, more certainty—only to discover that what we are truly seeking has been within us all along. The journey begins when we start to remember our authentic nature, our divine essence, and the potential that has always existed within us.
Yet remembering who you are is only the beginning.
Transformation is not a destination that we arrive at one day. It is a living process. It is growth, expansion, and evolution. It is our divine nature to continually unfold into greater expressions of ourselves.
The moment we believe we have reached the finish line, growth begins to slow. Life itself is constantly moving, changing, and evolving, and we are designed to do the same.
So what comes after remembering?
Healing.
For many people, the word "healing" can be misunderstood. We often associate it with something being broken or damaged. But in the context of spiritual transformation, healing is something much greater.
Healing is the process of closing the gap between who you truly are and who you have believed yourself to be.
It is the gradual release of limitations, fears, stories, beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve your highest expression.
Healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about removing what stands between you and who you already are.
As we awaken to our true nature, we begin to notice the places where our thoughts, emotions, habits, and perceptions are not aligned with that truth. This awareness creates an opportunity for healing.
And healing creates the conditions for growth.
In the lineage I work with, this process often begins with the Life Activation.
The Life Activation is not a healing modality in the traditional sense. Rather, it awakens dormant spiritual potential and reconnects you with your divine blueprint. It reminds you of who you are at a spritual level.
When this connection is strengthened, many people naturally begin releasing old stories, limiting beliefs, and ways of being that no longer reflect their authentic self.
This is why profound healing can occur.
Not because something is being fixed, but because something is being remembered.
Many of our classes and trainings work in a similar way. They provide knowledge, tools, and experiences that help you see yourself and your life from a higher perspective. As your awareness expands, transformation becomes possible.
A person who once felt powerless may begin to recognise their strength.
A person who doubted themselves may begin to trust their inner wisdom.
A person who lived with little hope may begin to see new possibilities.
This is healing.
Life, of course, leaves its mark on all of us.
Experiences, disappointments, emotional challenges, and even the environments we spend time in can influence our energetic and spiritual wellbeing. Just as we care for our physical body, there is value in caring for the energetic structures that support our lives.
One example is the Egyptian Aura Healing.
The aura is often described as an energetic field surrounding the body. I like to think of it as a sponge. Throughout life, it absorbs experiences, emotions, interactions, and impressions from the world around us.
Over time, this accumulation can affect how we feel, how we perceive situations, and even how we respond to opportunities.
When the aura is clear and balanced, we often feel lighter, brighter, more intuitive, and more present. We are able to engage with life from a place of greater clarity and possibility.
This is why healing work can be so valuable.
Not because we are broken.
Not because there is something wrong with us.
But because we are evolving.
Healing supports our growth. It helps us release what no longer serves us so that more of our true nature can shine through.
The path of transformation is not about becoming someone else.
It is about becoming more fully yourself.
The more we remember who we are, the more we create opportunities for healing. And the more we heal, the more we are able to express our gifts, live our purpose, and step forward into the life that is waiting for us.
Healing is not the end of the journey.
It is one of the most beautiful ways we continue to evolve.
No pressure. Just space to listen more closely.
