What this class is.
Empower Thyself is a two-day initiatory experience designed to support you in stepping into a more free, joyful, and self-directed relationship with your life.
This work goes beyond information. It offers ancient tools and structured activations that strengthen your capacity to engage consciously with your thoughts, perceptions, and choices — allowing you to move from reacting to life into participating in its creation.

Participants are required to have received a Life Activation beforehand. Beyond this, no prior spiritual training or knowledge is necessary — openness and willingness are the most important foundations.

Is this a large group training?

Ongoing support continues beyond the class. Cassandra offers personalised one-to-one guidance to assist with integration, alongside optional group calls and community gatherings that provide connection and shared development.
