Chi-do is a gentle yet powerful movement meditation designed to revitalise and refresh your entire system. Through slow, mindful movements and conscious breathing, Chi-do activates your life force energy (chi), helping it flow more freely through the body.

This practice supports nervous system regulation, clears mental fog, and restores a sense of balance and vitality. Many people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and quietly energised—calm yet awake. No experience is needed; Chi-do meets you exactly where you are.

Perfect if you’ve been feeling flat, tense, mentally busy, or simply want to start your week feeling more connected to your body and breath.
