The Journey Inward: My Path to Empower Thyself

Sometimes, transformation doesn’t arrive with a bang. It begins as a whisper—a gentle nudge within that grows louder until you can no longer ignore it. This is the story of how I followed that whisper across oceans, into a room filled with light, and ultimately, back to myself.
Diving into my daily routine in Los Angeles, the city’s hum surrounded me—the chatter of street vendors, the cold sting of winter rain tapping against the bus window, the scent of wet pavement rising from the streets. Amid the familiar noise, a quiet voice stirred within me: “You know there’s more to life than this.” I felt it not as a thought, but as a throb in my chest. Almost on cue, I reached for my phone and checked my email—something I rarely did mid-commute. There it was: a message from Cassandra Copper, my spiritual guide. Her email spoke of the upcoming Empower Thyself program in Hobart, Tasmania. As I read, the world fell away. I was suspended in stillness, completely present. In that moment, something long-forgotten sparked awake inside me. I had no doubt—I was meant to go.
