For much of my adult life, I have been fascinated by health, fitness and wellbeing. I have spent years exploring what it means to live a healthy, vital life — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
My background is in fitness. I worked as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach for around a decade, helping people build strength, improve their fitness and achieve things they perhaps hadn't thought possible. I have always loved the discipline of training: the commitment, the progress, the way our bodies respond when we give them what they need.
But my own exploration eventually took me well beyond the physical.
I became deeply interested in holistic health, yoga, meditation, nutrition, energy work and the many ways we can support our wellbeing. I wanted to understand the human experience more completely. How could we extend our vitality? How could we feel better in ourselves? And what might be possible if we were able to access more of our potential?
I was never short of things to explore. Yet, despite everything I was learning and practising, I still felt there was something missing.
When you've worked on every part of yourself, but still feel there is more
Kundalini Yoga was a significant turning point for me. It opened up a whole new dimension of my experience and gave me a glimpse of what was possible when we work with more than just the physical body.
I threw myself into the practice and its teachings, qualified as a teacher and travelled to study with some incredible teachers around the world.
I loved it. I experienced its benefits, and I was committed to my practice. But over time, I began to feel as though I was cycling through much of the same information. Each new master class was wonderful, but I would finish wanting to know what came next. I wanted to go deeper. I wanted a clearer path forward.
Other modalities offered valuable insights, too. They answered certain questions, helped me understand particular aspects of myself and gave me practices that genuinely supported my wellbeing.
But I was looking for something more comprehensive.
I wanted to understand the universe and my place within it. Who was I, really? What was my purpose? Why was I here? And how could I live in a way that brought all of who I was into greater harmony?
I had spent years working on my physical health and vitality. I had explored the mind and emotions. I had experienced the benefits of spiritual practice. Yet I could feel that my heart wasn't fully engaged in the bigger picture.
I didn't have the language for what was missing at the time. I simply knew there was more to discover.
The missing dimension: your spiritual blueprint
We put enormous effort into our wellbeing.
We exercise because we want results. We change our nutrition because we want to feel better. We practise yoga, meditate, attend breathwork or explore healing because we want to release something, experience something or create a positive change in our lives.
These practices can be incredibly valuable. But what happens after the experience? What happens when you've worked on your body, your mind and your emotions, and you still sense there is another dimension of yourself waiting to be explored?
This is where my understanding of wellbeing changed.
Through my training with the Modern Mystery School and its ancient teachings, I came to understand that our physical experience is not the entirety of who we are. There is a spiritual dimension to our existence, and within these teachings, our spiritual blueprint is understood as fundamental to our potential.
This is a very different way of approaching wellbeing.
Rather than only asking what we can do to improve the body, the mind or our circumstances, we begin to explore the spiritual aspect of who we are — our divine nature, our unique qualities, our gifts and talents, and the deeper purpose of our lives.
The teachings I work with understand DNA as part of our original blueprint: a way of understanding the unique physical and spiritual information that makes us who we are.
This is a spiritual understanding of DNA, not a claim that spiritual activation changes biological DNA in a medically measurable way. It offers a different lens through which to explore human potential.
And it raises a powerful question:
What if the next step in your wellbeing journey isn't simply doing more, but working with a dimension of yourself you haven't yet fully explored?
Why DNA Activation matters
This is what first drew me to Life Activation, also known as DNA Activation.
It isn't simply another wellness practice or another piece of information to add to what you already know. Within the Modern Mystery School teachings, it is an ancient technology that works with Light and the spiritual blueprint, with the intention of awakening more of the divine aspect of who we are.
I see it as a catalyst.
The experience begins a process of bringing the physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves into greater cohesion. Rather than relying solely on the mind to understand who we are or what we need, the work begins at a deeper level.
Because not every answer begins in the mind.
We can read books, attend workshops and collect information for years. We can understand our patterns intellectually and know all the things we should be doing. But knowing something and experiencing a genuine shift in ourselves are two different things.
The spiritual work I practise is about creating the conditions for that deeper shift — awakening, alignment and a greater awareness of our own potential.
In my experience, this can change the way we approach our lives. We may begin to recognise what is no longer serving us, discover qualities we haven't fully expressed, or feel drawn towards new directions. It can also bring greater awareness to the areas of our lives that need attention.
The intention isn't for someone else to tell you who you are. It is to begin a process of awakening so you can explore and discover more of that for yourself.
An activation is a beginning, not the finish line
I want to be clear about something: Life Activation didn't magically fix everything in my life. It wasn't a one-off experience that meant I never needed to work on myself again.
What it did was accelerate my journey.
It introduced me to a different level of spiritual work and gave me a starting point from which to explore much more. I continued with further activations, initiations, classes, healing and daily practices. Each experience offered another opportunity to work with the Light, clear what was holding me back and deepen my understanding of myself.
Within the teachings of the Modern Mystery School, this ongoing work supports the awakening and evolution of our spiritual blueprint. I have come to see it as a process of making more room for who we are — releasing what has become stagnant or limiting, and allowing more of our potential to come forward.
And this is an important distinction.
DNA Activation is the catalyst. The Path is where the transformation continues.
An initial activation can open a door, but what happens next matters. The choices we make, the practices we integrate, the work we undertake, and the willingness to keep exploring all contribute to how we live that potential.
This isn't about escaping everyday life to become spiritual. It is about bringing more of who you are into everyday life — into your relationships, your work, your family, your decisions and the way you show up in the world.
The spiritual comes before the physical
One of the biggest shifts in my understanding has been recognising the importance of the spiritual dimension in our physical wellbeing.
We often approach life from the outside in. We try to change our circumstances, improve our bodies, manage our thoughts, and fix whatever isn't working.
But what if we also explored the possibility of working from the inside out?
Within the teachings I follow, the spiritual is fundamental to the physical. The work with Light is understood as working at a deeper level of our being, with the intention of bringing greater harmony between our spiritual and physical experience.
This doesn't mean abandoning the practical things we know support our health. I still believe in movement, nourishing food, rest, connection, and taking responsibility for our wellbeing. Those things matter.
But I no longer see them as the whole picture.
For me, the missing dimension was learning to work with the spiritual aspect of who I am — not just thinking about it, reading about it, or trying to understand it, but actively engaging with it.
And that changed the direction of my life.
There is always more of you to discover
I believe many of us reach a point where the things that once felt like enough no longer satisfy us.
We might be doing all the right things. We might have a regular exercise routine, eat well, meditate, read personal development books, and take care of ourselves. Yet somewhere inside, there is a quiet feeling that there is more.
I know that feeling because it was what kept me searching.
I didn't need another list of things to do. I wanted to understand who I was, why I was here, and what might become possible if I could work with more of my own potential.
Finding the Modern Mystery School gave me a framework, a lineage of teachings, and a Path that continues to challenge and develop me. It gave me tools to work with that I hadn't found elsewhere, and a way to keep exploring rather than feeling I had reached the end of what was available.
This is why I do the work I do today.
